Putnam Residential

The Putnam Residential Re-Entry program serves as a 15-bed co-ed residential treatment facility for individuals experiencing substance use issues and criminal justice involvement. In addition to the primary focus on substance use disorders, the program is designed to effectively manage co-occurring mental health issues.

The Putnam County Residential Re-Entry program provides a structured atmosphere that promotes self-awareness through individual and group therapies. The goal of the program is to help individuals develop employment readiness skills to enter the workforce after program completion.

Evidence-Based Practices

Evidence-Based Practices are utilized to ensure that the individuals served benefit from therapy methods that are proven to be effective.

The Evidence-Based Practices utilized include:

  • Tru Thought, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral
  • Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Matrix

Additional Services Include:

  • Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Primary Care, and Psychiatric Medication Management

Recovery Support/Continuing Care

We work together with community resources such as Florida Ready to Work, Yoga4Change, Suwanee AHEC, Career Source, St. Johns River State College, Garden Club of Palatka, and UF/IFAS.
