SMA Healthcare swore in five new officers at its October board meeting on October 7. Each board member will serve two years, beginning with the 2020-21 fiscal year.
Jack Fisher, who served as the vice chairman last term, was sworn in as the chairman. James Rose will be the new vice chairman, and Ted Serbousek takes over the role of immediate past chairman. Austin Brownlee and Debbie Allen will re-assume their roles as treasurer and secretary, respectively.
“We are thankful for the leadership of our board members and all of the valuable insight they bring to this organization,” said chief executive officer Ivan Cosimi. “I am confident these five officers will continue to guide SMA Healthcare as we strive to be our very best.”
